While Michelle Obama is talking about supporting military families, Linda Franklin – creator of The Real Cougar Woman – has already started her own mission to support women in the military.
She has been organizing Combat Cougar Makeover Missions all over the country. Linda started by partnering with a salon and then get to work pampering and gifting not only the women serving our country, but also the vets and military spouses. Check out her video of an event at Rockefeller Center in New York, click here. In the coming months Linda has a makeover scheduled in Maine, Washington, Texas and San Diego – she’s one busy lady!
The Combat Cougar Bracelet is a wonderful way to show support – it’s all about women for women.
The bracelet is gorgeous – a bit of bling that women love. Linda’s goal is to have a million women wearing these bracelets to show their support for our military sisters who too often don’t get the recognition they deserve. Check it out! Until she sets up her charitable foundation, proceeds from the sale of the bracelet will benefit United Veterans Beacon House which provides housing and assistance to homeless women vets.
